synopsis

„Schwere Geburt“ is a documentary film about a young mother who decides to bear a child, despite all the difficulties of an unexpected pregnancy. At first she is full of self-criticism and doubts whether she will ever be a good mother to her child. Once she has accepted her own rebirth as a mother, she begins to cope with the challenges of motherhood. “Schwere Geburt” is a film about fears, as well as the special power of parenthood.
